See what People Are Saying about Master ABA Retreats

The Connect, Create, & Conquer Retreat was a total game-changer for my career as a BCBA. The content was mind-blowing, offering practical tips to align my business with my core values and give me the freedom I've always wanted. I'm not just a practitioner; I'm a force for positive change in the field. The retreat was a life-changing experience that ignited both my personal practice and my everyday work. I'm inspired to break new ground and create exceptional value that will benefit the entire ABA community. I made connections with other BCBAs, both near and far, building a network of supportive mentors and collaborators. The retreat's intimate atmosphere fostered genuine relationships, allowing us to be ourselves and focus on the heart of our work. The activities were fresh and exciting, sparking creative ideas and thought-provoking conversations. This hands-on approach ensured the content stuck with me and was easy to put into action. The retreat exceeded my expectations in every way. The knowledge shared was inspiring, practical, and immediately useful. I highly recommend working with Master ABA and attending their retreat to anyone seeking professional growth, personal fulfillment, and a lasting impact on their field.

Christi W.

I was initially hesitant to attend the BCBA retreat as I have a hard time meeting new people and taking time away from my family. However, I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and supportive. Everyone was so friendly and open, and I felt comfortable sharing my experiences and learning from others. It was the perfect opportunity to network and make new connections in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. The activities and workshops were also a lot of fun and helped me to step outside of my comfort zone. I came off of the retreat with new motivation. I'm so grateful for the positive experience and the lasting friendships I've made.

MaKayla S.

This retreat was so inspiring. Amelia and Dianna kept the momentum flowing and provided an amazing framework to create and build my own business and products. In addition, the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other BCBAs who have similar values and goals was inspiring and reignited my passion for this field. I encourage anyone who is thinking about developing their own product or independent business to attend the retreat!

See what People Are Saying about Master ABA Courses

(Enhancing Interactions: How to Use the ACT Matrix to Build Partnerships with Parents and Staff) offered a transformative exploration into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), significantly enhancing my understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. Through insightful guidance, I learned to apply ACT principles to strengthen relationships with staff, fostering better communication, empathy, and collaboration. This course has expanded my professional skill set and also has inspired me to cultivate a more harmonious and productive work environment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to elevate their leadership skills and nurture positive workplace relationships.

Jessica S.

This CEU provided me with a behavior analytic approach to improving resilience. This is a vital skill/asset to BCBAs since we work in a field where burn out is common. I look forward to implementing what I have learned very soon. It was a timely training for me and where I am in my career currently.

Theresa R.

I have been a BCBA for about 4 years now. I still find it helpful to continue sitting in on other initial assessments with other more seasoned BCBAs. You can

never learn too much! Everyone has different styles and techniques so I highly suggest trying to sit in on as many as possible.

Chahinaz

(Conducting and Documenting an Initial Behavioral and Skills Assessment) This is a great course for the new BCBA who is learning to navigate different skills-based and criterion-based assessments, writing FBAs/FAs, and writing treatment plans.

Holly

(The Moral Tightrope: Why Good People Sometimes Choose the Wrong Path) provides the truth about what we all suspect is happening in our field and provides information on possible controlling variables. Thanks for disseminating this information.

Susan M.

This is an exceptionally helpful course laid out in clear instructions with real world examples. Highly recommend!

Natalie Y.

Great speaker, and was presented very well-clear, concise.

Kristy P.

Relevant, well explained, great resources.

Susan T.

It is a good fit for all practitioners.
