The retreat's intimate atmosphere fostered genuine relationships, allowing us to be ourselves and focus on the heart of our work. I was initially hesitant to attend the BCBA retreat as I have a hard time meeting new people and taking time away from my family. However, I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and supportive. Everyone was so friendly and open, and I felt comfortable sharing my experiences and learning from others. It was the perfect opportunity to network and make new connections in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. The activities and workshops were also a lot of fun and helped me to step outside of my comfort zone. I came off of the retreat with new motivation. I'm so grateful for the positive experience and the lasting friendships I've made.

This retreat was so inspiring. Amelia and Dianna kept the momentum flowing and provided an amazing framework to create and build my own business and products. In addition, the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other BCBAs who have similar values and goals was inspiring and reignited my passion for this field. I encourage anyone who is thinking about developing their own product or independent business to attend the retreat!

Through insightful guidance, I learned to apply ACT principles to strengthen relationships with staff, fostering better communication, empathy, and collaboration. This course has expanded my professional skill set and also has inspired me to cultivate a more harmonious and productive work environment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to elevate their leadership skills and nurture positive workplace relationships.

This CEU provided me with a behavior analytic approach to improving resilience. This is a vital skill/asset to BCBAs since we work in a field where burn out is common. I look forward to implementing what I have learned very soon. It was a timely training for me and where I am in my career currently.
Theresa R.
I have been a BCBA for about 4 years now. I still find it helpful to continue sitting in on other initial assessments with other more seasoned BCBAs. You can
never learn too much! Everyone has different styles and techniques so I highly suggest trying to sit in on as many as possible.
Chahinaz
(Conducting and Documenting an Initial Behavioral and Skills Assessment) This is a great course for the new BCBA who is learning to navigate different skills-based and criterion-based assessments, writing FBAs/FAs, and writing treatment plans.
Holly
(The Moral Tightrope: Why Good People Sometimes Choose the Wrong Path) provides the truth about what we all suspect is happening in our field and provides information on possible controlling variables. Thanks for disseminating this information.
